There are 3 ways to access Green Billing:-

To start using Green Billing, sign up as a member via Green Billing web portal or mobile app. Please take note that you can only register once. If you have already registered, you may log in using your username and password to enjoy all Green Billing features.

Click on “Forgot Password” to request for a temporary password which then will be sent to you via your registered email. You may log in with the temporary password given and change it to your own preferred password under “Edit Profile”.

Yes, all services offered via Green Billing mobile/web are free. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet to enjoy the service. Check with your respective telecommunication service provider for data usage.

Yes. You may add or delete bill via Green Billing mobile app or web portal . Your data will be automatically updated once you log in to your Green Billing account again (you must be connected to the Internet to ensure that all data is updated).

Green Billing Mobile app is available to all customers as long as they have access to the Internet on their device, either via Wi-Fi or mobile network.

Yes, you are required to share it with your service provider and inform them to have all your future bills forwarded to your Green Billing email address.

Any email received from service provider to your green billing email address, a copy of those emails will be sent to your registered email address as well. Please take note that, all your emails will not be stored in our database.

No. User are not be able to change the email address. It will remain as default email address.

The phone calendar is not in the Green Billing application. When user change the bill name in Green Billing, the phone calendar will not be updated automatically. User need to edit the “Event Name” in the phone calendar itself.

Green Billing deployed Digicert as SSL certificate that includes Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) - 256 to secure your data. Upon successful registration, all connections between your mobile device or browsers are only recognised by our servers.
